Privacy Notice for the B2B Partner Portal

Version: October 2026. This notice applies to the B2B partner portal of Finor GmbH. The online shops finecosmetic.de and lacueor.com have their own privacy policies.

1. Controller

Finor GmbH, represented by the managing director David Ligas, Kurfürstendamm 194, 10707 Berlin, Germany. Email: office@finorbrands.com.

2. Data we process

  • Company data: company name, address, VAT identification number.
  • Contact persons: name, business email address and phone number.
  • Login data: email address and password. The password is stored in encrypted form only.
  • Order and invoice data: orders, delivery addresses, invoices, payment status and communication about the order.
  • Technical data: IP address, date and time of access, browser and operating system in the server logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process the data to provide the retailer account and to process, deliver and invoice orders (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

We retain invoice and accounting data because commercial and tax law require it (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

We process technical data for the secure and reliable operation of the portal, and contact data also to support our trade partners. Both are based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

We send newsletters only with consent or, where the law permits, to existing trade partners. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Cookies

The portal uses only technically necessary cookies, for example for login, the shopping cart and the language selection (Section 25 (2) TDDDG). We do not use analytics or advertising services in the portal.

5. Recipients of the data

  • Odoo S.A., Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium: operation and hosting of the portal and the ERP system as a processor.
  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland: processing of card payments. Stripe may also process data in the USA, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
  • PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg: processing of PayPal payments, where this payment method is offered and selected.
  • Our bank: processing of bank transfers and SEPA direct debits.
  • DHL Paket GmbH and DHL Express Germany GmbH, Bonn, and FedEx Express Deutschland GmbH, Kelsterbach: delivery of the goods. The carriers receive name, delivery address and, where needed for delivery, email address and phone number.
  • Tax advisers and public authorities, where we are legally obliged.

6. Transfers to countries outside the EU

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, we pass on the data needed for transport and customs clearance to carriers and customs authorities in the country of destination. This is necessary for the performance of the contract (Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR).

7. Storage period

We store account data for as long as the business relationship exists. We then delete it unless statutory retention obligations apply. We retain order, invoice and accounting data for up to 10 years under commercial and tax law.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. An email to office@finorbrands.com is sufficient.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

9. Necessity of the data

Without the company, contact and order data listed above, we cannot set up a retailer account or fulfil orders.
